Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Loopa is developed and published by EC Mobile Studio ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information Loopa collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

Loopa does not require you to create an account, and we do not directly collect your name, email address, or postal address. The information involved in playing Loopa comes from the following sources:

• Advertising identifier — on iOS, your Advertising Identifier (IDFA) is only accessed if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. On Android, the Google Advertising ID is used to serve ads. If you decline tracking permission (iOS) or reset/limit ad tracking (Android), you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.
• Game Center / Google Play Games data — if you sign in to Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android), your player ID, display name, and Endless Mode scores are submitted to those services to power leaderboards. This data is managed by Apple and Google under their own privacy policies.
• Purchase records — if you buy the optional "Remove Ads" item, the purchase is processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Billing. We receive only a confirmation that the purchase was completed — we never see your payment card details.
• Diagnostic and crash data — Loopa is built with the Unity game engine, which may collect basic technical information (device model, OS version, crash logs) to help us find and fix bugs.

3. Third-party services we use

• Google AdMob — serves in-game advertising.
• Google Play Games Services — Android leaderboards and sign-in.
• Apple Game Center — iOS leaderboards and sign-in.
• Apple App Store / Google Play Billing — processes in-app purchases.
• Unity Technologies — provides the game engine and basic diagnostic tooling.

Each of these companies processes data under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

4. How we use information

Information described above is used to: display and, where permitted, personalize advertising; operate leaderboards and sign-in; unlock purchased content; and diagnose technical issues to improve the game. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Advertising and tracking choices

On iOS, you can change your tracking choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, you can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device's Google Settings → Ads. You can also purchase "Remove Ads" from within Loopa to stop seeing standard ads entirely (an optional rewarded ad to continue a run remains available if you choose to watch it).

6. Data retention

We do not operate our own player database — leaderboard and identity data lives with Apple/Google as described above. Local settings (such as sound and vibration preferences, and your best Endless Mode score) are stored only on your device.

7. Children's privacy

Loopa is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of information associated with you (for example, under the EU/EEA General Data Protection Regulation or similar laws). Because most gameplay data is held by Apple and Google on our behalf, requests relating to your Game Center or Google Play Games account are best directed to Apple or Google directly. For anything we hold ourselves, contact us using the details below.

9. International data transfers

Our service providers (Google, Apple, Unity Technologies) may process and store information outside of your country of residence, including in the United States, under their own applicable safeguards.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
