Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Loopa ("the Game"), published by EC Mobile Studio ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. License to use the Game

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Loopa on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and any applicable app store terms (Apple App Store or Google Play).

3. In-app purchases

Loopa offers an optional one-time "Remove Ads" purchase. All purchases are billed and processed by Apple or Google, and are subject to their respective refund policies — we do not process payments or issue refunds directly. Purchases unlock content tied to your platform account and device.

4. Advertising

The free version of Loopa displays advertising provided by Google AdMob. Watching a rewarded ad to continue a run in Endless Mode is always optional.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Game except as permitted by law; use cheats, bots, or exploits to manipulate leaderboards or scores; use the Game for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the Game's normal operation for other players.

6. Intellectual property

Loopa, including its name, artwork, sounds, and code, is the property of EC Mobile Studio and its licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Game to you.

7. Third-party services

Loopa integrates with Apple Game Center, Google Play Games Services, and Google AdMob. Your use of those features is also subject to Apple's and Google's own terms of service. See our Privacy Policy for details on the data involved.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Loopa is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EC Mobile Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to online features (such as leaderboards) for accounts found to be exploiting bugs, cheating, or violating these Terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
